Here are a couple of pics of my Lowepro Rolling Mini-Trekker AW, fairly heavily loaded.  In these pictures, the following equipment is in place:

Nikon 85mm f/1.8 (with the big hood)

Xdrive 40 gigabyte portable hard drive
Spare battery & cables etc.

Not shown in the pictures, but there is plenty of room in the pockets for filters, cleaning stuff etc.
