Tamrac 787 - Extreme Super Photo Backpack

Review for Canon EOS 1D

It's a Tamrac 787, which is purported to be the largest carry-on size allowable.

And inside, I have:
1Dmark2
Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM
Canon EF 85 mm f/1.8 USM
105macro
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 L USM
Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM
Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM
Canon EF 300mm f/2.8L IS USM
Canon Extender EF 1.4x
polarizer
flash cards, cleaning kit, Canon 550EX Speedlite flash with Omni Bounce (underneath the 70-200), cleaning swabs, ziplocs, garbage bags (in case of rain), pen and paper, and my cigar cutter (gotta have that!). The IBM laptop fits in a compartment you can't see.

Yes, it's a lot of gear. But once you have everything you "can't live without," the 50/1.4, 105macro and 85/1.8 just don't weigh much additional. I may leave the 85/1.8 home, but how can I live without the macro, with all the wildflowers and stuff out there? How can I not have the 1.4 low-light (which is 2 full stops faster than the 2.8)??? Such difficult decisions are the stuff life is made of.

thanks to Wynn for  photos.& comments.
