This bag was designed for carrying a full sized body attached to a 300mm f/2.8 telephoto. It also carries 200mm f/2s with a camera and 500mm f/4 without. It comes with special padding for holding long lenses stable in its interior. I suspect it works for that task.
I got it as a compact solution for carrying a body with a 70-200mm attached, two other fat zooms, a flash and filters. For this purpose, the special long lens padding can be removed. It came with more than enough dividers for any configuration you fancy.
Everything fits quite well into the bag. However, do note that toward the bottom, it is as deep as it is wide in order to accommodate a 300mm f/2.8 hood. The second shot shows it on its side with a 18-55mm lens for scale. Things may rattle around a bit more than you/'d like.
In general, it is very well made, living up to the Think Tank name.
Likes about the bag:
Compact way to carry a 70-200 with camera attached. Build quality.
Dislikes about the bag:
A bit deep if you are not carrying exotic glass.
