I got this to use as a 'toolbox' and it's been perfect. All the main bits of my kit are safely stored in one place, all well organised, well protected and easy to get to.
The build quality is typically Lowepro - very good. The zippers all work freely, everything makes sense and it's been well thought out. The bag is reasonably rigid - the base is solid and the main dividers have plastic strengtheners in them. You could safely stack other bags on top of this one - for example on a luggage trolley.
You can customise the interior just about any way you want to. Even with all the gear in above, I still had a few dividers left over that weren't used. The bag will take a pro-body with a 70-200 f2.8 (or equivalent) fitted, and has a specialised support/divider to suit this configuration, which is a brilliant touch.
Also I've not shown the laptop case which sits over the top. It also has attachments for add-on slip-cases on each side.
Don't expect to sling this over your shoulder and go for a casual stroll. It's a big bag! Fully loaded you'll need a back massage pretty soon - and make sure any doors you go through are wide enough!
I use it to store stuff in, and to get a lot of stuff from A to B, for example on a luggage cart or in a car. If I need to I decant the day's tools into a smaller bag, like a Domke F 803 or a Billingham Hadley.
Overall, a great bit of kit.
