Mine accommodates my Canon EOS 10D, a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4 L USM, Canon EF 35mm f/2 , Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 and Canon EF 85mm F/1.8 USM Lens, a BG-ED3 grip, 420EX flash plus assorted cords, filters and bits comfortably. If I have any criticism at all, it's that it isn't quite high enough to accommodate a 10D or 20D with a grip mounted - I have to remove mine and store it in it's own "compartment". I guess that means it would also have trouble with a 1D or 1Ds.
