The camera in the pic is an EOS 10D. It has since been replaced by an EOS1DmII (which also fits in the toploader.

the Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM (one the camera) stows in the spot holding the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM (the centre) when not in use. The 28-70 fits in the spot for the 17-35F2.8, Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L II USM or the 65Macro so, basically it does not matter what lens is on the camera, the bag will hold the rest.

Also shown in the bag are a printer, 2 Canon 550EX Speedlite  flashes, a macro flash (MT24), charger, STE2, tele-converters, a cable release, and misc cables and gadgets
