Review text:
I compared quite a few bags all around the same size. All forced the camera to point lens down with usually two velcro flaps to either side. I found it inconvenient to remove the camera with this arrangement. This Kata bag allows for more customization. I can lay the camera flat or on its side with grip up for quicker access. I also prefer a bag that opens away from the body, most open towards the body. The bag is lightweight but seems very rugged. The yellow interior offers a good contrast to the typically black accessories, etc.

The main compartment is very configurable. The bottom floor can be removed to make the main compartment deeper.

Likes about the bag:
Room for all my gear in a compact bag with side pockets available for future use. Top flap opens away from body. Camera can be positioned easier for quick access. Very comfortable carrying handle. Strap is comfortable.
The bottom compartment is an excellent concept for storing accessories, cables, chargers, etc. compared to front of side pockets

Dislikes about the bag:
A bit tight for the Nikon 70-300mm lens, which I don't have yet, but it will fit on camera when placed across the width of the bag.
