I bought this Nikon SLR bag(12wx8hx8d) from Cameta for $40.

It seems to work nicely with the D50 and all my current equipment.

I currently have it set up to hold the Nikon D50 in the center with a small zoom (Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC), a small tele (Nikon 28-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED-IF AF) and a 35-80 Nikon from my film camera.  The other interior compartments are holding an SB-800 flash/batteries and the lens hoods from the lenses and the diffuser from flash. Front compartment has 3 filters, connection cords, battery charger, etc.  The inner zip compartment has some lens paper and other cleaning supplies.  There is room for the Rocket blower but it is not currently in the bag.;

It is probably a bigger than really needed BUT when travelling I find the extra space helpful..
