Nikon D70  Body, Nikon 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED VR, Nikon 18-80 Kit Lens,  Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 HSM, Sigma 105mm f/2.8 macro, assorted plates and mount rings. After that flap goes down, you have some pockets in the face that folds over it, as well as some that cover splitting and having a multitude of pockets in the cover for quick access.

Some say it isnt a good bag for regular packing around, but I disagree as you dont have to zip up the triloc zipper till you either get into rough weather or close to water.....with it unzipped....it still zips up inside and the cover pockets (front) still has a nice click lock snap to secure it.

Best investment I have made in quite a while.
