This is the Naneu Pro Tango messenger bag, the largest bag in the military
series.
I can see why its called the military series, this bag looks tough. The outer
material is 900D nylon which is waterproof and feels like it could take quite a
few scrapes.
All the fixings are metallic apart from the front and side buckles.
It also holds plenty of gear, there are something like 8 pockets, including
space for a 15.4" notebook/laptop as well as the two camera gear inserts.
Heres the front of the bag

The centre section of the back is actually open at the top and bottom so you can secure the bag over the telescopic handle of your suitcase. Nice idea.

Inside the camera gear is well protected by two inserts that come with 3 dividers each , all made from soft material with Velcro strips .The inserts can be sealed with draw strings at the top.

Bit of a tight fit getting the D70 + 18-200mm in with other lenses underneath,
but adjusting the dividers could just squeeze them in. The inserts
are fairly deep 8" (20cm) which helps.

Pouches are 7”L x 4.25”W x 7.75”H each and can be stretched length and width an inch or so more.

This is a large back pocket, handy for magazines ,documents,etc....
The closed zipper above the open pocket holds the notebook/laptop.
I don't have a notebook but my only concern is that having it right up against
your body may make in uncomfortable after a while as padding is minimal.
I did try putting a hardback book that was similar in size to a 15" laptop and
it was noticeable against your body, I did found however that I could fit the
same book in the front "hidden" pocket (see below) which helped matters.

A "hidden" compartment at the front. This has handy magnetic contacts so it snaps shut. Its 14" wide so you could put a notebook in here I found.

There are two small front pockets.. handy for batteries, cleaning materials etc. They have velcro and fasteners at each side to secure them.

This pocket holds the messenger strap when its not in use. Strap folds up nicely inside...

They've even added a small compass so no excuses for getting lost. But saying that, the sample I had no matter which way I tilted the bag the compass hardly moved.

This photo shows wearing the bag with the messenger strap.
It feels really comfortable as it keeps the bag away from your sides and the shoulder strap is wide, but perhaps a little on the bulky side for me.

Overall I'm impressed, as I am with the other Naneu Pro bags I've looked at .
Its a well made bag, put together with good materials and design. I feel very
safe putting all my gear inside the bag which is something you can't say for
some bags. The padding around the sides of the bag together with the padded
inserts plus the draw strings really adds to protecting everything.
Its always nice to have plenty of storage space for other accessories, I'm not
sure if having 8 compartments might get a bit frustrating when you hunting for
that missing item. But then too many is better than too few in my book.
No real negatives apart from perhaps its size when used as a messenger bag, it
does feel a bit bulky. But that's a personal opinion, i prefer to travel light.
Likes about the bag:
Well made, lots of protection for your gear, plenty of storage.
Dislikes:
Messenger strap looks a bit cumbersome for this size of bag.
