Domke makes some great bags, the F-5XB is no exception. It compactly carries my 20D with one lens mounted and room for one extra lens in the main, well padded compartment.
A couple of extra pockets will take the charger and extra CFC's and an extra battery, and maybe a map or slim guidebook.
My only complaint is with the bag being represented as having 7 compartments and pockets. Mine doesn't. No matter how you configure it, there isn't seven. The main compartment is foam lined with a velcro divider, dividing the main compartment into two. The foam liner is open on the front edge, making it three. Outside the main compartment is an open, full width pocket, making four. And that's it. No side pockets, no rear pockets, no pocket in the flap. Maybe mine was a one off, or shipped without some dividers, I don't know. But I didn't buy it for the number of pockets.
I bought it for it's compact size, and ability to carry a DSLR and two lenses. It does this well, not adding unnecessary bulk or weight.

Pros:

Compact, doesn’t look like a camera bag

Cons:

Can be expensive for what it is.

Excellent small bag if you don’t want to take much more than a compact slr and extra lens. For the times when you just want to take a camera along with minimum weight and bulk but don’t want a bag that advertises the fact it contains a camera, this is hard to beat. Enough room for a few cards and extras.
