Very well thought out layout and design. Nice little features make it easy to use. Top-loading zipper, rain covers, small pockets where you want them etc.
I typically insert a D200 with grip, either the Nikkor 18-70 or the Sigma 12-24, and two primes (35mm f2 and 50 f1.8). Extra Flash cards, map, cut down grey card and fiber cloth go in the front pockets. For an allround bag I would buy a bigger size (Stealth 200,300,400), but for a cut-down bag this is a joy to use.

Bought this bag for use as a daily walkaround with a light kit. In it I have a Nikon D80 with Sigma 18-50 2.8 attached, SB600 with Stofen diffuser, 8 rechargeable AAs in the the accessory case, Extra SD Card + Reader, iPod, mobile phone and several other accessories. I still have room for another lens like a 10-20mm that's on the way, as well as a small prime. I could also use the sliplock expansion slots on the sides for lens cases or other accessory cases that would work with the system. Quite configurable and versatile. Could probably fit my camera with a 70-300vr if I remove the padded dividers and lay it down flat but I don't have one to test it.
What appealed to me the most was the amount of pockets for organization in it. I don't really use the large memory card holder. In it's hidden pocket, I typically place my other larger Spectra Light Diffuser with reflector panels. the hidden zippered pocket at the back can hold a regular wallet or my passport when I travel. On the two front pockets I place my 80Gb iPod and my mobile phones, pens, gum, etc. The shoulder strap is also well padded and doesn't slip off my shoulder that easily thanks to the rubberized texture on it. All in all, a great bag for a light kit for walking around.

Size, build quality, design - lots of small useful pockets, inclusion of memory card wallet and accessory bag is a great touch

Shoulder strap is a bit clumsy, would have preferred a Domke style variant

A great little bag! Lowepro's more professional range are every bit as well constructed as other more expensive brands and the Stealth range is no exception. The build quality is impeccable. The design is very well thought out with a number of useful pockets for extras such as phone or compact camera, keys, pens, notepad, filters etc. While a memory card wallet for 12 cards might be a bit of an overkill, the inclusion of it is one of those touches that just makes this bag seem even better value. The little accessory pouch is also quite useful for batteries, memory card reader or even charger. I use this both as a day bag and a light travel bag. It fits my equipment (Pentax K-7 with three lenses) perfectly and I still have room to bring along everything I might need for any photo trip.
The only gripes I have is that the shoulder strap, while comfortable, is bulky and that a design similar to Domke's low profile yet comfortable straps would have been better; and that there's no way of fastening a tripod to it. Adding a couple of loops for securing a small tripod under it wouldn't have been hard and would have knocked it up to a 10. As it stands, it's still one of the best bags I've used.
