What it holds:

SLR System

The backpack comes with dividers so that it can be configured for multiple scenarios. In this photograph, a 70-200 2.8 with hood in position ready to shoot
is attached to a pro size SLR, which encompasses the entire height of the bag. To the left is a 17-40 wide angle with hood and two other lenses.

Nikon 200 f2 Lens with SLR Attached

When considering putting a lens with the SLR attached in the Glass Taxi, study the internal dimensions carefully and measure
your camera with lens attached. In this particular photo the lens hood is in position, and the Foam Ring that is included with the Glass Taxi is being used
to secure the lens hood in the bottom of the bag. It is very helpful just to pull your camera out in the “ready to shoot” position.

300mm 2.8 Lenses or Similar

Some larger lenses can be put into the Glass Taxi with the SLR attached, as shown here with a 300 2.8. The Foam Ring you see at
the bottom of the lens hood is provided to securely fit the lens in the bottom of the bag and prevent wobble. Check the dimensions of your particular lens and
SLR to see if it will fit into the Glass Taxi in the mounted position.

400mm 2.8 or 500mm 4 Lens

The Glass Taxi can hold a 400mm 2.8 lens or a 500mm 4 lens with the hoods reversed. This is a very compact and lightweight
method of transporting such large lenses. The leather cover that comes with the lens hood will also fit in the inside of the bag. Depending on the brand of
lenses you are using, it may not be possible for you to attach the SLR to the lens.

Securing a Large Lens

A Foam Security Collar is provided to secure the top of the lens in the top of the bag, preventing any wobble. The collar
attaches to the back with hook and loop and can be moved up and down. The lens fits into the Foam Collar and then the hook and loop webbing secures them
together. This collar can also be used with a SLR and lens attached.
