Pros: weather cover, tough water resistant fabric, fits alot of gear
Cons: not enough adjustable padded dividers

This bag fits a Nikon D70s, "new" Nikon 18-200 vr, 24mm and 60mm lens, and my new sb800 speed light with no problems. I have my manual book and some filters in side pockets. The bag feels nice and solid and comfortable. Very easy access to my D70s with my 18-200vr lens on the camera body facing down in my bag. I was able to keep the SB800 case inside this bag also. I feel this bag could hold 2-3 large lenses a Sb 600-800 and many other things in front and top zipper compartments.

Pros: Lowepro quality, price
Cons: too small vertically by about 1/3", back material gets stuck on velcro

A good quality bag. I use it with a 20D w/ bg and alas it is just too small. The biggest problem is its about 1/3" too short vertically to store a 70-200 2.8, though you can fit it if you stress the zippers. Add in a 24-70 or other wide ap. zoom or a flash and you are seriously short on space. The other big downer on this bag is the mesh material used on the back side, it easily sticks to velcro (such as on pant pockets) and gets shredded from carrying the bag. The most I've been able to store in this bag is a 20d/bg -- with no lens fitted :-(, 24-70, 70-200 2.8 and the ussualy batteries, cleaning, chargers, hoods, etc.

Overall if its big enough for you its a decent bag at a decent price.
