Pros: Build quality, shoulder strap padding, tripod holder, organizational design
Cons: No quick side access to camera (but I knew that before I bought it)

Excellent product! Best features are build quality (especially the YKK zippers), shoulder strap padding, tripod holder, organizational design. If I was to nick-pick, unfortunately there is no quick side access to the camera unlike the Kata 3-N-1 series, but I knew that before I bought it. This is a world class bag.
